Spread the Word
You can use the resources on this page to spread the word about the Challenge. Choose from a Challenge poster, a special Challenge e-invite, web buttons, an email header and promotional text for emails and newsletters.
A4 Posters
Download the Challenge poster at the bottom of the page and put it up in your workplace, school or clubhouse. One of the best places to put a poster to get people's attention is the back of the toilet door (honestly). We have a limited number of paper posters we can send out - just email us with your address and the number you can distribute.
Challenge Invitation by Email
Invite a friend or colleague or another organisation or group to join the Challenge by using our special Challenge invite.
